Regulation compliance is a heavily involved process. Ben-Assist will monitor and meet these compliances:

  • Issue COBRA notification and election packets
  • Manage all COBRA billing, eligibility and termination
  • Issue HIPAA certifications
  • Assure practices and policies are in compliance with current contracts
  • Assure that policies and practices are compliant with State and Federal regulations
  • Verify regulatory compliance of eligibility, waiting periods, effective dates, open enrollments, dependent age maximums, participation, contribution, and out of state rules.
